Yes. We accept all major credit cards including American Express. The surcharges on Visa and Mastercard are 1.1% and the surcharge on American Express is 3%.
Yes, we accept PayPal for your pre-loaded Firestick.
We also accept bank transfers and direct deposits via cash into our bank account.
No. All products are new. The only time they have been used is for your Firestick to be pre-loaded.
Once you become a customer, we will give you links to our dedicated Facebook page and Telegram group where you can discuss with Support and other customers. Prior to each weekend, we will also provide you a list of channels showing the major sports from around the globe.
No. Your subscription allows you to watch on one smart TV or mobile device at a time. There is no issue with you installing the app on numerous phones or tablets, but please be aware only one connection can be logged in at a time.
All Firesticks are sent by Registered Post. They will not go missing but in the event they do, we will replace at no further cost to you.
There are no exchanges or refunds. We have never had a request for an exchange or refund and we have ourselves subscribed to this service for over 2 years.
Upon payment and dispatch of your pre-loaded Firestick, we will also send you a detailed Telegram message with step by step instructions on downloading an app that will allow you to watch the service on your mobile device.
Whilst we are confident every major movie and TV series is available, there may be a particular one you can’t find. Advise the Facebook or Telegram group and head office in Europe will ensure it is placed on demand within 24 hours.
